Ad Hoc ID (Column C)

• Birth certificate

Column A

Column B

• Driving licence (as long as not already used in column A)
• TV licence (valid until the expiry date, 5-year licence valid for 3 months from the date of issue)

• HMRC correspondence dated in last 3 months (The HMRC letter with the cheque attached is not allowed to be used)
• Council Rent / Benefit Book
• Council / Housing Association agreement
• Bank Building society statement dated in last 3 months
• Credit card statement dated in last 3 months
• Mortgage statement
• Council tax bill for the current year

Over £2500, just one ID proof required from the following list:

• National ID Card (non-UK)
• Photographic Driving Licence (providing not used as Proof of Address)
• Passport
• Police Warrant Card
• Military ID (only acceptable for transactions with a Value below £10000)

Over £5,000, need one proof from column A and one of the following:

• Proof of also required for transactions above £5,000
• Bank/Building Society statement dated in last 3 months
• Credit Card/Loan Statement
• Household/Motor Insurance Documentation
• Driving Licence (providing not used as proof of ID)
• Utility Bill (dated in last 3 months)

Over £10,000, one proof of ID from column A and one from column B and one address proof from either column and one proof of where the funds have come from.

• Bank Withdrawal Slip or Letter from the Bank on Headed Paper.
