If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service please let us know. We take all complaints seriously. Should you wish to raise a complaint please either contact ourselves by email above or call and ask to speak to the owner on 01264 335566
All financially regulated complaints will be logged and you will receive an acknowledgement letter within 5 days. Whilst we have 8 weeks to fully investigate your complaint and issue a final response letter we will endeavour to conclude our investigations as swiftly as possible. If you’re still unhappy with the outcome you can escalate the complaint to the financial ombudsman service (link) their details will be provided with the final outcome letter
